Many other organizations beyond healthcare providers impact the care ecosystem for veterans, such as veterans’ employers, care navigation companies, insurers/payers, and nonprofit veteran organizations. - Access an on-demand webinar series featuring experts in military cultural competence, veteran mental health, and toxic exposure.
- Join live virtual Community of Practice discussions, facilitated by safety experts, bringing participants together to discuss veteran health best practices and lessons learned.
- ECRI’s subject matter experts in Total Systems Safety (TSS) will be available to answer questions specific to your implementation and advise on common challenges.
- Your institution will be recognized and celebrated as an institution committed to quality veteran healthcare in ECRI’s marketing and public relations outreach.
- Receive a digital graphics toolkit with a “SALUTE Honor Roll” badge to share on your website and other outreach channels, signifying your commitment to veteran care.

What ECRI asks of Honor Roll organizations:
- Healthcare providers: Share the results of the Veteran Engagement Systems Assessment. ECRI will keep all individual organizational results confidential.
- Participate in a check-in call with the ECRI SALUTE team to share updates on implementation and join virtual SALUTE collaborative learning sessions.
- Permit ECRI to publicly display the organization’s name and logo on the SALUTE website and program materials.
