Indrani Egleston, MBA

 

Indrani Egleston joined ECRI as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2025. Her extensive financial expertise across corporate and healthcare sectors is invaluable in helping ECRI advance evidence-based care worldwide.

She is responsible for financial accounting processes, reporting and controls; development and implementation of financial plans and policies; financial analysis and planning; treasury and cash management; and relationships with external parties including lenders, bankers and creditors.

Indrani has over 25 years of experience in financial and strategic management across several financial disciplines, including internal audit, controlling, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, and investor relations.

Her experience spans multiple industries with her most recent CFO roles in healthcare for Centerline Biomedical, a medical device company, and Signature Health, a federally qualified health center. Indrani has held advancing financial leadership positions at large public companies, including Covia Corporation (formerly Fairmount Santrol) and Nordson Corporation. Indrani began her career in public accounting at PWC.

Indrani holds a Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
