A 2022 Must Do–Create a High-Performing Value Analysis Process and Best Practice Workflow

Overview

Now is the perfect time to hit the reset button and create a fresh start—especially when it comes to your value analysis process. Adjustments can help you better align to your hospital and system-wide organizational goals.

While juggling multiple new product requests, more advanced organizations still must prioritize optimizing value analysis process efficiencies. This includes the ability to support a resilient, clinically-integrated supply chain, and build stronger physician relationships so the “right” evidence-based decisions are made. Additionally, strive to better position your process to include the use of best- practice workflows for speed to value, and build room for scalability to ensure future growth and continued performance improvements.

Join our panel of experts from ECRI for a discussion on the benefits of best practice workflows in value analysis and how to continue advancing your value analysis process using the right combination of technology and content.
