Overview

Designed to build expertise in conducting, assisting with, or overseeing healthcare adverse event investigations, this immersive 2.5-day program offers comprehensive training across the entire investigation process. From initial event response and root cause analysis to effective investigation techniques, participants will gain hands-on experience through two days of interactive sessions. The course also includes in-depth discussions on commonly reported patient safety events and the contributing factors behind them. Intended for healthcare stakeholders across roles and settings, the program equips attendees with the skills and knowledge to participate in investigations with greater accuracy and efficiency. The experience concludes with a half-day hospital visit* that offers real-world context and application.
