Report A Device or Clinical AI Problem
Reporting a device problem can help you and the entire healthcare community.
When you report a problem, we investigate. If we believe a specific device hazard exists, we notify the manufacturer and encourage them to correct it and then let you know what we learn. To prevent it from happening again, we’ll add your report to our databases and may follow up with publication in ECRI SafeSignals alerts.
