ISMP Newsletter Online Renewal Process

To ensure uninterrupted access to the newsletter, purchase a one-year subscription prior to the expiration date of your current subscription.  

Step 1: Visit this page: https://home.ecri.org/collections/newsletter-subscriptions and select the newsletter or membership you wish to renew. (It is recommended that you are not logged in before placing your shopping cart order.)

Step 2: Add the newsletter product to your shopping cart, then click on the cart icon at the top right of your screen to check out.  

Step 3:  Agree to the terms & conditions and hit “check out”.  You will be asked to enter your email address to identify yourself.  

You will then be taken back to the payment screen to complete your purchase.

Notes:  

• Once your order is processed, an additional year will be added on to your current expiration date.
• Do not try to renew the newsletter from the membership (My ECRI) site.
• Do not click on “Client Login”
  
• It can take up to 3 days to process your order.
